Item Number Two:

'A Sense of Belonging to Scotland' (Volume 1), By Andy Hall

Andy Hall

Andy Hall is the driving force and photographer behind one of the most beautiful pictorial representations of Scotland in recent years: the two - volume Sense of Belonging to Scotland series. Andy worked tirelessly and passionately to make his vision a reality, approaching a range of well-known Scots whom he admires and offering to photograph their favourite place.

After presenting each individual with a completed picture he asked them to describe what makes their chosen corner of Scotland so special to them. Andy has generously donated a very special copy of his book for auction in aid of the charity CHAS. This copy of Volume 1 has original signatures of all 50 contributors including Ewan McGregor, Sir Alex Ferguson, Eddi Reader & Ian Rankin.
